Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Checkout will only accept a UK delivery address.

• One card: £1.99 UK delivery.
• 2 or more cards: free UK delivery.

The exact delivery charge is always shown in your basket before you pay.

Cards are made to order. Before printing, a member of our team checks every design, photo and spelling. Most orders are approved, printed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed late on a Friday or over the weekend are processed from the next working day.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail usually delivers within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times such as December.

Whether a parcel is tracked depends on the delivery service used. If your order has a tracking number, email us and we'll send it to you. The order page you see after paying also shows your order's progress.

If your card hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email support@retali8.co with your order number. We'll look into it and arrange a replacement where the card is lost or damaged in the post. See our refunds & returns policy for more.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can correct it if your order hasn't been posted yet, but we can't redirect a parcel once it's with Royal Mail.
