Privacy policy

ProStuntDriver (prostuntdriver.com) is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at support@retali8.co.

• Design details: the photo you upload and the names, dates and other text you choose to print on your card.
• Order details: your email address, delivery name and address, the items you bought and the amount paid.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps your basket and designs together, and basic request logs used for security and abuse prevention.

• to answer your questions and handle problems with an order;
• to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Photos are stored privately and are only used to make your card. They are not published, shared publicly or used for advertising.

If you choose an optional AI photo effect, your photo is sent to Google's Gemini service to create the restyled version. The effect only runs when you ask for it.

We only share information with services that help us run the shop:

• Stripe, to process payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay);
• Supabase, which hosts our database and private file storage;
• Royal Mail, to deliver your order;
• Google, only when you use an optional AI photo effect;
• our website hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use one essential, secure cookie to keep your basket and designs linked to your browser, and your browser's own storage to recover an unfinished design if the page reloads. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. We do not use advertising cookies.

Unfinished designs are only used to let you carry on where you left off, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Order records are kept for as long as we need them to deliver your order, deal with any problems, and meet tax and accounting requirements.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@retali8.co and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We'll update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
