Refunds & returns

Every card is made for one person, so our returns policy is a little different from a normal shop. If something is wrong with your card, we'll put it right.

Personalised items

Because each card is printed with your own photo and details, it can't be resold. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised goods are not covered by the usual 14-day right to cancel, so we can't accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once your card has been made.

Damaged, faulty or misprinted cards

If your card arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or doesn't match the design you approved at checkout, email support@retali8.co within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • your order number (it starts with PSD-)
  • a clear photo of both sides of the card
  • a short description of the problem

We'll reprint and send a replacement at no cost, or refund the card if you prefer. You don't need to post the faulty card back unless we ask.

Mistakes in your design

The live preview shows exactly what will be printed, so please check spelling, dates and your photo crop before paying. We check every order by hand and will contact you if something looks clearly wrong, but we can't offer a free replacement for typos entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email us quickly. If your card hasn't been printed yet, we can usually fix it.

Lost in the post

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement where the parcel has been lost.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund if your card hasn't been approved for printing yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show a refund on your statement.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose.
